I need to host about 3 different calendars can I do that?

Sure - just create 3 separate logons for each one.

If one of the calendars has at least Premium Basic, you can also create a master view that merges the events from all 3 calendars together.

I tried creating a second account and it said the email account is already in use. Do I need 3 email accounts?

No, you can use the same email address for multiple accounts (Man, I cannot believe how many test accounts I have like that)

Are you sure you didn't try re-using the same member name accidentally? (it's also possible you chose a member name that someone else is using)

Emails are not required to be unique per account.
