Hello! I've upgraded my account to Premium in the last couple of days and I still have adverts appearing in my calendar when I access it from my website. Can you tell me how/when these adverts will be taken off my calendar, please? Thanks, ActionAWE |

I can't see any record of a payment from Paypal for this calendar (actionawe) Do you have a receipt # or transaction id # from Paypal? I see what happened - you changed your name from aweaction to actionawe and broke the link to Paypal before the subscription was activated. I did 2 things: 1) Cancelled your current subscription. That just means it won't auto-renew next year, which is necessary because otherwise you will have this problem again. 2) Manually activated your subscription for this year.
