Hey everyone,

Our support staff (and data center) are located in the east (Connecticut, for the primary data center). Luckily there were no outages or service interruptions due to the hurricane, and everyone is safe.

Still, the situation out here has been rough on folks, and we are a bit behind on the support forms and forum posts (just cleaned up a bunch of spam; we're clearly going to need a better solution for these bogus accounts)

Anyway, please bear with us as we catch up with the slight backlog.
