I signed up for Premium service but when I click the link provided as my forum it says I do not have this service.

It appears you signed up for Premium Basic, and the forums are included with Premium Webmaster. Please let me know if you'd like me to cancel/refund your subscription so that you can re-subscribe at the Webmaster level.
