I teach repeating dance lessons at a local club on certain days (Monday & Tuesday each week Jan - Nov) and hold other special, non-repeating events (Shag Student Parties or Shag Workshops) at the club.
I need to create the events on my localendar site and post the same events on the club's localendar site without having to recreate the same information twice. Is there a way to do this other than trying to copy and paste?
I have access to the localendar sign ins & passwords for both my site and the clubs site.

This sounds like a great fit for using a merged calendar.

You post your dance lessons to one calendar, and then merge that calendar onto the other.

Mark,
Merged calendar sounds like it merges my entire calendar to the club's calendar where I teach dance lessons and maybe merges their calendar to mine. Is there a way to merge only specific events to the club's calendar and vice versa?

The merge doesn't work both ways. If you merge your calendar onto the Club's calendar, their events will not appear on yours.

There's no way to merge just a particular subset of events though. If you didnt want to merge your entire calendar onto the Club one, then I would just set up another calendar (which is fine) for only those events that I wanted merged in both places. You could merge that one on to your personal calendar and the Club calendar.
