Would like to have the ability to "schedule" the tweet announcement for a specific time of day. As it is, some tweets go out i.e. 3 am while everyone in Indiana is sleeping.

The tweets should go out for when you've set the event reminder.
So if your reminder is going to fire at 3am, that's when the tweet will be sent.
