We are pleased to announce support for uploading attachments directly to Dropbox and including links to these files right from the Event Editor. Dropbox is arguably the most popular cloud-storage solution available. You will need to create a free account at Dropbox if you do not already have one. The Dropbox icon (a blue box) is now on the Event Editor toolbar (supported browsers include IE9+, FF, Chrome). After you click the icon, you can choose files to add to your event's description. There is also a button on the Dropbox popup to upload new files to your account. If you upload a newer version of the file to Dropbox, the localendar event links will always point to the most recent version. There is no need to go back and edit the event. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Yes; you can use dropbox to store any type of file, and then link to it from your event. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
