After several e-mails, I still have not received a reply. We have not used the calendar in several months as we now have a calendar built in to our web site. Of course, I was not planning to renew the calendar here ... and I did not realize that it was set up on auto-renew thru my PayPal account.
I saw where my PayPal account was charged the $9.95 that morning ... I immediately e-mailed localendar, but no response.
Please refund my $9.95 asap.

Did you open a support ticket? The details of the subscription and renewal (and cancellation instructions) are also in our docs.

It has been 10 days since my post and acknowledgement from your company. Please advise how long it takes to receive a $9.95 credit?

It has been 10 days since my post and acknowledgement from localendar.com regarding my cancelation, and to say they would refund my PayPal account.

I believe there was some miscommunication. Normally, you would request a refund from Paypal. I've processed this manually for you.
