I have made many phone contacts with PayPal regarding this problem. They have assured me that the problem has been solved. I had to change my credit card due to possible fraud on my card. Up to that point I had no problem with my old card. The problem began with the new card. This is the third time that the payment has failed. I am not sure what to do at this point. Is the problem with PayPal or with localendar? I have more than one account with different websites using the web based calendar and do not want it to be discontinued. Let me know what the next step should be.

Paypal has said they wont use backup funding sources for subscriptions.. and yet they have told other members that they will. It's very confusing and we're trying to get an answer from them.

If your subscription is cancelled by Paypal, you wont lose any information and you can just re-subscribe from localendar.com. But we'd obviously like this to remain a smooth process that you don't have to worry about.
