I added an event for January 26 2014 but it does not show up on January. But when you go to February 2014 it shows up.

Thanks for letting us know! This was an unforeseen consequence of squashing another bug earlier this year. Happy to report that bug remains squashed, and we've fixed the issue you observed also.
