I purchased premium service several days ago in order not to have ads on my calendar, and the ads are still showing up. I have cleared caches, tried different browsers, even re-booted, still getting the ads. Also wrote to support but have had no response. Please help!

Hi rancraig1,

We are looking into the subscription activation issue. Paypal appears to not be sending notifications correctly via their IPN (Instant Payment notification) interface. We are also a little short-staffed due to the holiday season.

In the meantime, I've extended your free trial to 1/13/14.
