Hi, our users can't submit events. They keep getting the error message:

We encountered an error while trying to process your request.
Our system administrator has been notifed.

Please reference Error Id: 770905907 in any communications.

Other error numbers are: error i/d 532067162 (Saturday 18 January) ; error i/d 859396490 (Sunday 19 January)
1932935584..

Any ideas what is wrong?

Hi, I'm not having this problem, and several people have posted successfully. We had three within 24 hours of each other who mailed in to say they were getting the same error message (with a different ID number each time). There may be others who didn't bother to mail. This hasn't happened before.

Since then we have had no more complaints. It may be that they shared some non-related update issue. If I hear from anyone else I will contact you. Otherwise, if there are no known issues I'm happy to assume all is well.

Tx. Just for the record, we had made a small change (in advance of this weekend's maintenance work) that we backed out as it might have been causing your problem.
