Hello, I purchased Premium and I am still getting ads with my calendar on my website. The top of the calendar also has a sad face. We have two other accounts and I was going to purchase premium for those too, but I want to make sure this problem is resolved first.

Did you pay by check? I can't find any record from Paypal attached to that member logon for any of the 3 calendars linked to this email.
If you did pay with Paypal and can use the Contact Us form to tell us the transaction ID, that will help us track it down.
