I thought I could add my own company logo at the top of the calendar - yet I'm not finding an option to do this. Please advise.

Have you checked the docs ? http://localendar.com/docs

Whether you upload your own image to localendar, or have it hosted elsewhere, you can use an HTML <img> tag to add your custom image to your calendar title or footer.
