We have a co-branded customer who no longer has access to their original email address. When we request the password, localendar sends us an error message that it can't be delivered. Can you send us a password reset link to help@siterightnow.com for scbaarchery_org (help@siterightnow.com is our co-branded official email address)
The customer no longer has access. Here is the message:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

cgarcia26@comcast.net
Error Type: SMTP
Error Description: Error message from remote server
Message: 550 5.1.1 Not our Customer.

Please see my response to the ticket you opened.
The customer can also update their email under Options->Security once they can log back in.
