On March 13, 2014, localendar charged $9.95 to my paypal account to renew my premium subscription, which is supposed to include an ad free calendar. But there are ads on my calendar. I sent an email in last week with a copy of the receipt from paypal verifying that I was charged $9.95 in March. But the email was sent back as undeliverable. Can you please help get this fixed? It's been over a month now. And I really like using the calendar service, but I really don't want ads on my calendar. Thanks.

I have responded to your email three times now but have not gotten a response. Here's the problem. localendar applied my subscription payment to an account that I don't recognize. It's associated with an email address (info@jenbersabal.com) that I have never seen before. I don't recognize the username as one I have ever used. Can you please apply the money you took out of my paypal account to the account I acknowledge as mine? (ZWithJenB). That's me. That's my username. And it's my money that was taken. If not, I need help dis-associating me with the JenB account. Or I'd like a refund.
