Edit this Post   embedding my localendar using Godaddy's WebsiteBuilder Reply to this Post

I have found that the embed codes generated by localendar do not work in Godaddy.com's WebsiteBuilder. And this was verified by a Godaddy tech support guy.

Does anyone have any workarounds for this?

Thanks in advance.

We provide a lot of different ways to embed a calendar, and at least one of them (the good old <iframe> method) should work fine with GoDaddy.

If GoDaddy won't allow you to embed <script> (which is strange) and they won't allow you to embed <iframe>, then there will be no way for you to embed any external content into your site. I would be surprised if that was the case.

Thanks for your reply. Upon reviewing this issue - including your reply above - with another godaddy tech support person - the issue has been resolved using iframe.

Thanks again!

Could you please tell me exactly what you did "in layman's terms" to get your calendar to embed on your GoDaddy website. I cannot seem to get mine to embed. crying

Are you using GoDaddy as well?
It looks like vphshoops was somehow able to past the HTML to include the iframe-style calendar on their site.
