My account was set and confirmed as NON AUTO RENEW and listed as expiring on 2-12-15. On JAN 13 2015 YOU BILLED my account $29.95 and reset the exp date to Jan 13, 2016. WHY WAS I BILLED at all. What does DO NOT AUTO RENEW mean? Why was charged after 11 months of 12 month service and renewal date changed?

If you cancelled the auto-renewal on Paypal, then you would have to ask them why your account was charged. We do not retain any payment or billing info at localendar.

As to the 11/12 month question, again you would have to ask Paypal. I have seen members renewed after 12 months, when they still have their 1 month "free trial" period from when they initially joined.. but I have never seen a month early. Again, this would have all occurred at Paypal and is worth opening up a ticket with them.

Can anyone help me get the e-mail reminder to work again on my calendar? Earlier entries (from a year ago) still send reminders but when I make a new entry and set it up to remind me, the reminders are not sent.

Strange re-use of this old thread...

Anyway willefamily, I believe we responded to a support ticket you had open. Please let me know if you have further questions.

(For observers, the issue was related to the event's lack of a timezone)
