We have a problem with all member’s having the password to access the calendar to schedule events and interfering with other member’s schedules. I want to restrict them to being able to access only their schedules, but still allow administrators to access all scheduled events.

Download the documentation. Then go to Merging Calendars (page 66). There it explains you can have individual calendars, but only one person can actually merge all the events into the final one.

Does this answer your question?
