I do not have Add Event or Printable Icon on my Public Calendar when even after I have purchased the 29.00 Premium Service.

Does your General Options tab look like the one shown on page 40 of the Localendar documentation? If so, have you set the 'Allow Visitors to Add Calendar Events' as you want it, and checked 'Printable View button on Public Calendar?
