Let me try answering this again in a different way. You have 3 accounts:

WCORosehnal
wcochildren
MariRosiRosehnal

The member names can all easily be determined from looking at the public links where you use the calendars.

corsorose25@yahoo.com is the email address associated with each of these member names

Continually filing tickets with the same information just slows down the response time for everyone. It does not move you to the front of the queue or get you a quicker response.

I will give this until June 24. If you cannot get me into my two calendars by then I will cancel my subscriptions at my banks end since I doubt you will let me know how to do it through localendar. Does localendar pay you? I am surprised you have not answered my many questions trying to get this problem solved.

this is totally incorrect. For my 3 accounts I never used MariRosiRosehnal. I just made that up to get into the support forum. I have written this before and you ignore it. Can you not see my accounts for Morristown School, Wickenburg Children's cultural Organization and General Federated Woman's Club-Morristown?????

I was able to figure it out myself. None of your suggestions were helpful. You really need to improve this system.

On your support ticket, I sent you the names for all your accounts, as well as instructions (again) on how to obtain your member name from your public calendar links. Happy you were able to solve your issue.
