How do you add a simple [Today] button to localendar ?

i.e. if you have navigated away from the current month (or current week etc.), and now want to go back to the month/week containing today's date.

I can't see this on any of the option panels.

When you are looking at any other month other than the current month, and then click on the current month (I.e. August), then when August opens, Today is highlighted. From a specific day or week, click on the Month view, and then change to the current month.

Is this what you are looking for?

Not really.

Rather than have to remember what month or week it is (i know sounds funny) ... i just want a single button that puts me back at the month, week or day containing today's date.

Most calendars have them.

Actually on the localendar website the mini calendar in the top left corner has one.

Just can't find an option to enable it on my embedded calendar in website.

The default link for your calendar will bring you back to the current day/default view.

For example, go to
http://www.localendar.com/public/sample

then, move around a bit. If you go back to the link above, you should be in the current month.

If you want to add a "Today" or "Home" link that does something similar, you can put the link above in your calendar's title or footer, with the text or image of your choosing. For example:

<a href='http://www.localendar.com/public/sample'>Today</a>
