We have contacted your support team for the same issue multiple times in 2014 & 2015. Our issues have been solved intermittently. We contacted you on 07/30 & 08/05 again regarding the same issue we are having and have received no response from your support team. You have NO PHONE NUMBER to contact you at and our calendar has been completely useless for the past 2 years. Due to your failure to meet even a minimum level of satisfaction for our clients, we request to be refunded our subscription payment as our concerns are clearly not being addressed. If we do not receive a response to this complaint, we will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I am not a part of Localendar--just a user. I did a quick search and I could not find any posts in this forum on 7/30/2015 or 8/5/2015 from you.

Could they perhaps be under a different name, or were they not posted to the forum?

Users will often reply if they know the answer to your question.

Hi there. No - we were told to contact them via email which we did. Support Case #96273 used for all instances (probably because it was the same issues reoccurring) from 10/2014-04/2015 (issue was occurring much earlier than this but we thought it was something we were doing wrong - turned out not to be a problem on our end at all). They have responded to our issues in the past but never solved the problem permanently. Because our calendar has been on the fritz for so long and we are unable to update it due to the same issues, we had requested a refund if the issues cannot be fixed. That's when we have received no response from the support team. If they had a phone number, we would contact them immediately to discuss. Considering the fact that we paid our yearly subscription since we opened an account, you would think we would at least be given a working product or refunded our payment if they cannot fix the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems. The last correspondence we have from you is from April, where you were having an issue with uploading an ICS file. And our support associate had stated that the issue had been resolved in that email thread. If you have issues, the only way we can fix it is if you reach out and tell us that there is an issue.

Please fill out the support form with your issue, and I will have it escalated immediately:
