I have recently created a localendar and added several custom categories. I have also already published this calendar to my website. Upon attempting to publish a different view of the same calendar on a different page within my website all my categories, and the events belonging to them, have been deleted except for one category. Is there any way to restore at least the events, if not the categories?

Ok, so good news is that I can find all my events (under my custom categories) in the Global Search Database. It appears that localendar is just not displaying these categories and is not giving me any options to enable them again...

When I visit here:
http://www.localendar.com/public/ResidentAssistants

I see a lot of events across multiple categories. If you are still not seeing them on your site, would you please provide me with a link to it?

(PS: Some of your color choices make the calendar hard to read or hide text. I'm not sure if that's intentional, but you can change it under Options->Colors)

I just had the same thing happen to me. I made a calendar for the next 3 months, published it to one area of our webpage and then went to publish a small "upcoming events" list for another area of the webpage. Now all of my custom categories have disappeared along with any events associated with them. I can not even go in and re-create any of those categories. When I type in the name and choose a color and hit "save", the screen refreshes but my categories are not listed. Can I get all of my events/categories back somehow? I'm so frustrated after all of the work it took to build this beautiful calendar and now the majority of my events are gone.

isd505,

Can you please post a link to where you published your calendar?

I have looked at your calendar, and I see tons of events. I am suspicious that perhaps the categories are being filtered out because you are publishing 2 views in different places?

Once you paste the location of both calendars, we can dig into this further
