I'm no longer getting email notifications when people post new events. I tried resubmitting the email address and got one notification - then they dried up again. Please can you restart them? Cheers |

Things seem to be going out normally from our side. I'll put a test reminder on your calendar and see if I get it Update: I received the reminder tonight, how about you? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by support at Oct 29, 2015, 3:20:46 AM] |

Hi, I didn't get any notification. I've done tests too and get the event poster's notification. Just not the moderator's one. I've also tested the email address and it's working fine. It's not in the Junk folder either. I've tried changing the notification default email address. I'm not sure how long it needs to take effect but so far I've not got any moderator notifications. |

No, I'm still not getting moderator notifications. Even with the new email address. I hope you can fix this. |

I did get the test reminder, so we know they are going out. Is there any chance your ISP would be blocking messages from localendar? Do you have another email address that you can test with? Preferably, one hosted somewhere else (say Google) If you request a password reset link (or "forgot my account name") do you receive those emails (don't worry - you don't have to actually use the pw change email) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
