Why are the Jewish Holidays not showing up after 12/31/2015? I have the option turned on and they are displayed in 2015, but not 2016.

I see the following events in 2016 on your calendar:

12/25/2016 Chanukah/Hanukkah
10/23/2016 Last Day of Sukkot
10/12/2016 Yom Kippur
10/3/2016 Rosh Hashana
4/30/2016 Last Day of Passover
4/23/2016Passover

If you would like additional Jewish holidays, there are many public iCal feeds which you can import onto your calendar
