Today our Mobile Phone calendar display on website changed to a list format display instead of the normal month calendar view. We have no idea why? The problem with this is also that the choice of colours for the day title makes it unreadable.
I have checked this on Android and Microsoft phones.
PC Windows is displaying as normal.
HELP!

SORTED - I have found the solution in the Settings page. Mobile display settings had been changed to List

We now detect calendar views from mobile devices, and will automatically switch from the Block view to List view on small screens.

You can override this by selecting the Block view for mobile under Options->General.

Of course, you can also change your color preferences, etc under Options->General for the List view to further enhance readability.

Hi there Support,

Happy new year...

Our community in Gundaroo Australia has been enjoying your product for a couple of years. Thank you.

We do now have an issue..which is that despite having the a general options for mobiles with the setting set to (default block view), iPads are now showing the calendar in list view mode.

Any ideas on whether this is us or the product?

Jed

Apologies - that was an issue on our side. localendar was still switching to the list-view for mobile unless you explicitly saved a different setting.

Now, why iPads were categorized as mobile phones is another issue we have to check into...

(update: iPads will be detected/handled correctly now. They will not receive the mobile phone view if one is configured for your calendar)

When someone tries to load your website and does not manually type in a file name (such as index .php or index. html), the server attempts to load the "directory index". The directory index is a listing of files it should load.

I'm not sure what you're suggesting. It would be a bad security practice (not to mention poor user experience) to ever return a list of files in a web directory.

The "list" the former member is talking about is a list of calendar events, not a list of website files.
