Is there a way to insert a pdf document to a calendar event? From what I see, ClipArt is the only option?

I have found that is the easiest way (you can access the ClipArt calendar now directly from an icon in the Description header).

There are a couple of other variations I use:
1. If you have a website, upload it to your website, and then in Description, click on the Insert/Edit Link icon, and reference that URL. This is the best option if you have large files, because then they won't count against your ClipArt capacity limit.
2. If you don't need more details, you can save your user a step by just adding the ClipArt link in the Title. Here is an example:
<a href='http://www.localendar.com/upload/OPwebmaster/znewcalendarinstructions_arialse.png'target='_blank'>Calendar Instructions -Direct

Marc can tell you if there are other/better ways.

You can also include all kinds of files in your dropbox (http://dropbox.com) and directly insert them into your events.
