is there way to access an rss feed with full links instead of relative links?

I assume you mean something like 'http://localendar.com...' instead of '//localendar.com...'

Those are not relative links, they are protocol-agnostic links. That means they should automatically use http or https (depending on the context where they are used)

Are they causing a problem for an RSS reader you are using? We'd like to know.
