We've tried one more thing on our side.. Curious if you see any difference now (basically, moving a mail server to a different host to see if Comcast categories if differently) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Hi Marc - Comcast asked a question - if you are able to see if any bounce back emails came back and you could send the headers of those emails I would be able to look a bit more into this - PL I asked them and asking you, is there anyway Localendar & Comcast support teams could work directly? Thank you.. |

Comcast answered the question about Localendar & Comcast working on this problem - We would need them to reach out to us on here for support, or they can call into Comcast to get this resolved. - PL I think 'on here' is reaching Comcast via facebook messenger/chat. That's how I've mainly been communicating with them. |

Of course, my test reminder just went out correctly (to a non comcast address) Did you ever get any information on what they may have done last time (i.e., whitelisting localendar)? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Hi Marc... This is the answer you had back in Jun 2016. "We've tried one more thing on our side.. Curious if you see any difference now (basically, moving a mail server to a different host to see if Comcast categories if differently)" After that change I didn't have any problems.. Thank yo again for your support.. jay |

localendar's public IP changed recently, and as a result the Reverse DNS for localendar is currently broken. Many sites use ReverseDNS as a method for making sure incoming email isn't spam. We're trying to get this sorted out, but holiday absences are adding some extra difficulty. Hopefully, we'll resolve this shortly and it will correct a number of email reminder issues we've heard about recently. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Correct Reverse DNS for localendar's public IP (208.81.127.101) has been restored. If you continue to have issues receiving email (and have checked your spam/junk folder, etc) you may need to contact your ISP to have localendar.com whitelisted. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
