I had uploaded clip art that I was using now it is blank , tells me I have 0 bytes used when I try uploading again tells me no space available .

Interesting. When I "impersonate" you on your account, I see you still have space available. I also see you have 3 current images uploaded, but I cannot find them in our archive. Did you possibly just rename your account to 'mapplegate' from a different name?
