We have included a link to our logo as well as the preferred color of the form and our cobrand page is not reflecting the changes. It shows the little icon that comes up when an image cannot load. Please advise. Thanks! |

It looks like you've taken the logo down, so I can't confirm the cause, but my first guess is that your logo is not hosted on a site that supports SSL (https). Ok. I have made the updates and it does appear from within my account that the logo has been accepted/uploaded. However, when I visit https://localendar.com/cobrand/ebossgroup it is still not reflecting the changes. Also, when I log into one of my sub-accounts, it appears that it redirects to the main platform with the Localendar logo. Thanks! |
