We have sent in two help tickets, and now I am posting in the forum. The arrows to forward and backward are not working. Also, to change view from week, to day or month is not working. Can someone please fix this. apexinvesting.com Thank you! ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by apexnews at Dec 9, 2016, 5:41:20 AM] |

In response to the ticket you opened on Dec 5, a response was sent on the 6th: "Can you provide a link to the page where your calendar is embedded?" You opened another ticket on Dec 10, and got a response later that day: "I responded to your last email asking you to send me a link to the page where your calendar is embedded, and I received no response." So far, we have not received a response which makes it impossible for us to investigate any further You sent the return address on your tickets as "localcal@apexinvesting.com". Please make sure to check that address and respond. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Please be aware that it's the holiday season, so people are taking time off to spend with friends and family. I looked in Jason's queue and saw the last ticket there, so I went to check out the account you set up. Basically, the javascript on your site is conflicting with some stuff that localendar uses. In "olden times" we would have recommended some particular changes. However, since we now have a responsive iframe, our recommendation is that when people have issues similar to yours that they switch to this style (under the Publish Wizard) and try that on their site. The calendar should work correctly, and you won't have to chance anything else on your page. Please give it a try and let us know how you make out. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
