How do I delete the email address that is showing up in the the legend area of the calendar?

That name comes in automatically via the iCal feed you are importing

X-WR-CALNAME:citruschairvballleague@gmail.com

In the future, we will likely allow you to override the calendar's internal nickname with one you supply. But for now, if you don't want the email shown I would suggest you hide the legend for merged calendars:

click Merge on the Premium menu tab, and uncheck the box next to "Include a merged calendar legend on your public calendar"
