Hi,

I'm able to export individual events to Google, iCalendar, Outlook and Yahoo on Android devices and from a Windows browser, but nothing happens when I click on any of these exports options from a iPhone and iPad.

Can you please advise how to further diagnose this issue?

Thanks.

Just tested quickly from my Phone, and they are all working for me.
Can you post a link to the page where you are trying to export an event? Maybe it's an issue with a particular view-style.

OK - after further investigation I can see that it works on a browser on iOS.

However, I'm using a link embedded in a smartphone app, so maybe I need to talk to the app developer next.

If I need to put him in contact with you, how can I do that?

Thanks.

Hi

It appears that this function is now working correctly on iPhones, so this ticket can now be closed.

Thanks.
