Did the message come through for you? I still don't receive them.

I did not receive the reminder, and I believe we tracked down the issue.
With repeating events (and reminders set from the public calendar view, and not on the Event Editor) the reminder was being set for the first occurrence of the event, and not the one the user clicked on.

So, for your calendar, even though I set a reminder on an event in May, it saved the reminder for the first occurrence back in Jan.

I believe we have corrected this problem; however if anyone has set a reminder on a recurring event on your calendar, it likely contains the old date. The only way to correct this is to clear any existing reminder (uncheck the box) and re-check the box to reset the reminder date to the correct value.

I've set a test reminder on your calendar (the next upcoming event I can use is 6/4) to continue monitoring this issue.

Thanks for the information. We will do that as well, and hopefully we will see good results on Saturday.

I got reminders for the repeating event. Yay! Your fix seems to have worked. Thanks. The problem is that I got three identical reminders to the same email address. Is that because I may have done it from three different browsers?

Yes, I got them too smile

I got 2 reminders myself. The system should have recognized if you already set a reminder with the same email (even if you did use different browsers) so I will have that checked out.
