During previous school years, our past events have stayed on the calendar. Now our events are deleting at the end of the day. If we go back to May, the previous events are still there. Is there a way to stop them from automatically deleting? |

Here's what I posted in response to your support ticket on this issue (I haven't received a reply yet so maybe you are only checking here) Hi! We don't delete events that have already occurred, but maybe one of two things is happening: First, is someone editing existing events to change them for the next occurrence, and not clicking "save as copy"? If you change/edit the time of an existing event and save it, the changed version will replace the original one. There is also a setting when you publish a calendar on your site to hide occurrences that have already past. I can't tell if you have this turned on until you send me the URL of the site where your calendar is published. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I have the same problem. Events are disappearing once they have past. I went back and looked, and I did not check the box to hide events once they have occurred. I need the events to remain on the calendar. |

Can you post a link to where you are using the calendar and I'll double check your syntax? Just to reassure folks.. even if you did check this box, past events are hidden, not deleted ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
