When i got reminder from localendar i found in header "Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii". How i can change this? For example to UTF-8? Thanks.

You can't change it, but we can ;)
Since mail is HTML and the rest of the site supports utf-8, html-based emails should enforce this as well. We'll make sure the charset is specified as utf-8. A fix/path should be part of our next release in the next day or so.
