I don't have the premium calendar and I realize there will be ads, but now I have ads in the actual calendar, not just the top and bottom. How can I delete these ads??

We regularly experiment with different ad placements to prevent "ad-blindness" and test different click-through rates (since that is how we are able to offer free calendars). We have, in the past, displayed as many as 3 ads within certain calendar views. We have also run experiments with no banner/footer ads and only embedded ads.

The only way to "opt out" from various ad-related experiments is to have a subscription that removes ads.

Thank you for your reply. I think the banners across the top and bottom are enough to prevent "ad-blindness". They are there, we can see them and read them, but they don't interfere with the events in the calendar. I'm an elementary school teacher and like using the calendar for my webpage, but the ads inside the calendar get in the way of the events. Can you please consider not placing ads there? :)
Thank you for an easy to use free calendar!

I understand - but as I mentioned, these are experiments. They aren't necessarily "permanent" (I don't even know what could be considered "permanent" after doing this for so many years)

I should also mention that we are trying out our first ever sale on subscriptions now through Feb 14, 2018. The Premium Personal plan, which we retired 2 years ago is back for $19/year (this will remove all ads)

Premium Webmaster drops from $49.95 to $29

And if you purchase one of these plans now, they will automatically keep this rate when you renew unless you cancel.

Thank you...maybe you can experiment with the ads on Saturday and Sunday only?? Or can you make it an option for the user to choose a day of the week for the ads?? Something to think about. :)
Thank you again for your reply. I'll have to think about spending more of my own money on my class.
Have a nice day.

Took your advice and spent the $19. Looks so much better without the ads! I added my own clip art...very cute now.
Thank you
