I am trying to upgrade to premium. I bought basic. How do I do this? I do not want to pay $9.95 + the $29.95 a year.

ALso, how do you cancel a subscription. I thought I could just cancel the basic and add on premium, but the old support form says they ignore emails that are not technical!

The easiest thing to do is cancel your subscription through PayPal.
That will not refund you the 9.95 for this year, however.

I see you already went ahead and ordered the $29.95 subscription. I'll make sure that applies for another year, so you'll get 2 years of Premium Webmaster for 9.95 + 29.95

Please make sure to cancel that Premium Basic subscription through PayPal so you aren't re-billed next year.
