Hello
On the 16th August I paid $9.95 to PayPal for the 'Premium Personal', only to find that some of the extra items I wanted to use were in the 'Premium Webmaster'.
I would now like to upgrade, but I do not want to lose the original $9.95, being only two day's old.
Is there a way to get a refund and start again?
I contacted PayPal and they sent me to you.

No problem. I refunded/cancelled your existing subscription, and gave you a month of Premium Webmaster so you won't have any downtime.

When you get a chance, please re-sign up for the subscription level you decided you need.

I have an outstanding request to receive a refund for the payment that was deducted from my Pay Pal Account for Premium services I am not receiving. I have already cancelled my subscritpion through PayPal and now want a refund for the payment taken on 8/25/2006.

Can you help me with this?

8/25? Hmmm.. If you had posted here regarding this, I'm sure we could have activated your subscription manually. Sometimes the system PayPal uses to post a transaction back to us fails.

In any case, what was the transaction id through PayPal?

Thanks for your reply. Here is the information directly from PayPal.

As you can see, the transaction was originally logged on the 25th. Based upon some of your similar postings in this forum to others wishing to cancel and receive a refund, I logged into PayPal and cancelled our subscription and entered a dispute.

I am not sure when premium services ceased to operate as I only need to import our entire calendar once a year and it so happened that this was the week.

Hopefully the information I have attached includes the transaction number you need.

Best of luck to you.
