can u please help, i have contacted your technical support twice but have gotten no response. i paid for the premium webmaster services through paypal on 8/24 but i am unable to add any new events.

can you fix the problem? below is the info from paypal.

Date of sign up: Aug. 24, 2006
Subscription Name: Premium Webmaster
Subscription Number: S-8BU41563MV2484309

Just to close out this thread; I verified that this subscription was activated and is set through 2007
