From the "everyone makes mistakes" department.... We didn't renew the subscription on the support account (which also owns these forums). So if you tried to access them before noon EST today, you were told this feature had expired. Didn't Microsoft forget to renew hotmail.com one year? All should be OK now... ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I am having this issue on my account and cobranded accounts linked to it today. I would like to get a forum set up for a client ASAP. Thanks, Rebecca ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by MCDesign at Mar 31, 2012, 1:44:05 PM] |

Things seem to be working fine. Here are the steps I followed. I went to your cobranded signup page: http://www.localendar.com/cobrand/mcdesign I signed up for a new calendar, mc_test (password test) On the left, it indicates that I have Premium Services. I clicked on the Premium menu tab. It informed me that my forums are located at: http://www.localendar.com/forums/MCDesign/mc_test I visted that url, and things were great. Are you getting hung up on any of those steps? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
