Your subscription is definitely active (and for a few days). What is the url where you are seeing ads?

I am a teacher who had been using localendar to keep students and parents within my elementary up to date. Had a complaint from a parent two days ago because of a questionable visual he viewed via one of the google ads. Didn't see it myself but there was quite a reaction, so I immediately deleted calendar ( free version )from website. As the info about localendar stated the ads would reflect the calendar usage, we were quite shocked . We really liked the ease of the calendar but cannot take a chance on this ever happening again.

I was planning to pay for the updated version but when I saw this mention that they were still seeing ads from a paid calendar, I am not so sure. Can you help with this concern?

Paid calendars definitely do not display ads. And when we have received complaints about ad content, we not only block that url (when it is supplied to us) we also report it to Google.

The issue with the user who started this thread is that they purchased a subscription, but it was not activated until a little bit later. The activation time can vary from a few minutes up to an hour depending on when PayPal sends us the information.

I sent masdojo an email on Feb 3 in response to a ticket that was filed.
We don't have a record of payment from PayPal, nor does PayPal have any information matching masdojo's email on their site.

I requested they send me a receipt from PayPal but never heard back..

Hence... still ads.
