I renewed my service on May 5th. Received PayPal confirmation, Credit Card has been posted. Any not Premium Services. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I even did a whois through Network Solutions to obtain a telephone number (no numbers on site) That phone number goes to a mail order house. HOW DO I GET MY SERVICE REACTIVATED!!!

Did you send emails or use the contact form for subscription issues? The form is the way to go, but the forums work just as well. Whois, etc is a lot more of a pain than just posting a quick note. smile

You're all set.

I am in the same boat and I did use the contact us form. I can't get any premium services yet. How long does it take to activate? I thought it said immediately. I have cleared cookies, history, offline pages, logged off and back on again 3 times. Maybe I missed something. Any ideas?

Take a look now; you should be good-to-go. A little short staffed on the long holiday weekend biggrin

Same thing here. Signed up using the form and received all confirmations that PayPal has been credited.

Please help.

I added premium services earlier this week and while I have been charged it is still not active. I also sent a contact us form and have received no response.

Thank you. I have tried to import a calendar from Microsoft Outlook 2003 and get the following results:

Verifying header row
Verifying required column: subject ... found.
Verifying required column: start date ... not found
Verifying required column: start time ... not found
Verifying required column: end date ... not found
Verifying required column: end time ... not found
Verifying required column: all day event ... not found
Verifying required column: description ... found.
Verifying required column: private ... found.

Import Failed

The following fields were not present on the header row (the first row in the file):
start date
start time
end date
end time
all day event

Thanks for your help....

So do those fields in fact exist in your file? Have you downloaded the sample file (the link is on the import page) and compared it to the one you exported from Outlook?
