I've paid for Premium services, but the premium tab is still unclickable.

What do I do?

Would you mind going to the Support Form page (click Contact Us on the localendar.com homepage) and scrolling down to the gray table at the bottom that displays some information about your browser?

Then, paste that info here so I can find out a few things about your configuration.

OK - We'll take a look (don't worry; we can extend your subscription for a few days)

It's been a busy period w/ the cutover to the new Data Center (see announcements forum), but we should be getting back to regular site work now.

Hello!
I have also paid for the Premium Service but am not able to click on the tab. I have already filled out a ticket a few days ago but no change has been made.

My browser information is below:

Platform WinXP
