I AM ABOUT TO PURCHASE THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION TO LOCALENDAR, BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN CUSTOMIZE THE CALENDER TO MATCH MY WEBSITE?

You sure can. Take a look under the Options->Colors tab before you sign up.
