Thank you. I got an email that I requested a reminder for an event on Sept 17th at 3pm but never got an email saying the event was posted.

I'm thinking there must be a filter on calendar_monitor@localendar.com then.
The reminders come from remind_agent@localendar.com.

I'm not sure what ISP and email system you are using, but can you please check both and see if there is a block? You will probably have to contact your ISP directly to ask if they are stopping the calendar_monitor address.

I have been having on and off issues with email reminders, and have been working with support via email.

I did receive a reminder today for an event that I had set 2 days out. However, it was just the title of the event - it did not contain the event details in the email. Is this correct? I recall previously that it also included the event details in the body of the email, not just the subject of the email being the title of the event.

Actually, we do just send out the title. If you did not receive a reminder for an event, telling us the time & title will help us look into things further.

I am embarrassed but I will admit when I am wrong or I have made a mistake or in this case, a big mistake.

My organization uses Google for email and other things. I use Google Sync with Outlook at the office but when I am not in the office I use the normal Gmail interface.

When I first signed up for Localendar I created a filter using the Gmail interface for new event notifications. For some reason, the folder I created did NOT appear in my Outlook Cabinet like other folders do. I also forgot that I made the filter/folder so I could not find the emails.

Well, I just found the folder and all the emails. All is good. Thank you to the staff for trying to help find the problem. In the end, it was me that caused the problem.

Looking forward to using LoCalendar.

I will sleep better tonight knowing that you tracked this down. Thanks for letting us know!
