Hi, sorry for not being able to figure this out but I have not been able to work through this on the help and forum materials.
I have manitained a calendar for my church for a few years at the site. It works great and we love it. Lately the need to share calendars across groups has come up. I seem to understand that users can sign up and be given calendars that we can merge to view across groups. But I dont quite get the concept.
I trialed this with my wife. Signed her up for her own account, shared the master calendar with her and her calendar with the master. I get that and it works great. However, her account isnt a sub account of the master church calendar. It seems you would have to purchase an account for every group. Is this the case? I dont see where you create other sub accounts for the main accounts and maybe thats what I am missing?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Check out this section in our docs:
http://www.localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Merging+Calendars

The only calendar that needs a subscription is the "master" account where all of the other accounts are being merged.
