I have my calendar synced with google via ical. For some reason all the times are off by a couple of hours. I understand google has issues with ical so I alternatively tried to export on .ics and .csv file and I still get the same thing, with the .cvs file showing times even more off. Why are my times wrong?

Are you importing your Google events into localendar, or your localendar events into Google?

And what time zone is each of your calendars set to?

.csv is definitely *not* timezone friendly, so it's generally not recommended. iCal exports include a timezone. However, this then gets reconciled with the timezone that the "receiving calendar" is set to (or at least it should)
